On January 10, 2013, Mr. Supachai Rakpanitmanee, Managing Director of Panya Consultants Co., Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Song Jin-Ho, Chairman of Sejong Engineering Co., Ltd. from the Republic of Korea on Collaborative Relationship on Thailand Railway Lines.
On November 29, 2012, Mr. Supachai Rakpanimanee, Managing Director, Panya Consultants Co., Ltd. was invited to be awarded the AITAA Distinguished Alumni Award by the Asian Institute of Technology Alumni Association (AITAA) as the outstanding former student of the AIT in the private sector in 2012 during the AITAA Annual Meeting in 2012 at the Royal Thai Army Club.
Today (September 19) at the BMA City Hall at 9.30 am: Dr. Vallop Suwandee, Deputy Governor of Bangkok had a meeting with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pennung Warnitchai, Head of the Structural Engineering Department at AIT, Seismological Expert and Team Leader of the Action Plans for Earthquake and Building Collapse Prevention and Mitigation. BMA by the Bangkok Fire and Rescue Department hired a consulting group comprising Panya Consultants Co., Ltd and Phisut Technology Co., Ltd. to study earthquake-prone areas and prepare seismological risk maps for Bangkok to serve as the master plan for earthquake and building collapse prevention and mitigation in line with laws, standards, requirements, regulations and urban plans related to earthquake and building collapse and to serve as a framework and guideline for all agencies and network organizations in all sectors to prevent and mitigate impacts on lives and properties and to rehabilitate flood prone areas and assist victims to recover as soon as possible.

The overall bidding will be in the package form between consulting groups and contractors or even cooperation with international contractors or consultants because of high specifications of TOR, especially water achievement such as reservoir construction and water resource development worth no less than 300 billion baht.
