Public hearing of related agencies was organized to study the master plan of disaster prevention and mitigation project for agencies and network organizations of all sectors relating to the disaster prevention and mitigation to systematically and concretely use it as a framework and guideline. The public hearing of regarding agencies was also a part of the integrated study to be aware of the problems of BMA’s disaster management and to accomplish the master plan by receiving opinions, suggestion from related agencies of public sector, independent entity, academic scholars and interested people. The suggestion would be applied as guideline for the preparation of the disaster prevention and mitigation master plan.
On February 7 to 11, 2015, the working team of the Detailed Design and EIA for the Road Network Supporting Major Transport System Networks, Samut Sakhon-Samut Prakan Section (Chao Phraya River Crossing Bridge, Phra Samut Chedi District, Samut Prakan Province and Connecting Roads for the Department of Rural Roads) carried out the field survey to collect the traffic data regarding traffic work, road traffic behavior, etc.

On January 26, 2015, the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning, the Ministry of Transport, had signed the contract to hire Panya Consultants Co., Ltd. to carry out the Detailed Design of Double Track Railway, Den Chai-Chiang Mai Project with the operation period of 14 months.
It is well-known that the best traffic solution in Bangkok is the monorail system. According to the cabinet’s resolution, the master plan on the rail transport system in Bangkok and its perimeter was approved. Relevant agencies have been assigned to accelerate the operation of responsible projects, one of which is the BMA’s grey line monorail project, in which a consulting group comprising Panya Consultants Co., Ltd., Index International Group Co., Ltd., Phisut Technology Co., Ltd., Ensol Co., Ltd. and TransConsult Co., Ltd. was hired to study the project with a budget of 65.5 million baht. According to the Monday’s report, the study result was presented today.

On Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 8.30 am to noon, the Structural Design of Coastal Erosion Prevention and Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIA) in Crisis Areas of Song Khlong Sub-district, Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province organized a public participation to be used for improvement of prevention and mitigation measures for environmental impacts that may arise due to project development at the community hall, Song Khlong sub-district administrative organization, Bang Pakong district, Chachoengsao province.
